- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Neither the Provider, its directors, prescribed offers, agents or assigns, shall be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damage, loss or harm of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred, in relation to the WTTX Products and Services.
- Without detracting from the generality of the aforegoing, should the Provider be found by a competent court with jurisdiction to be liable to the User in manner, fashion, shape or form, such liability shall be limited to the total fees (or similar remuneration) paid by the User to the Provider in the 12 (twelve) month period immediately preceding the date on which the liability arose.
