14. THIRD PARTY CHARGES

  1. THIRD PARTY CHARGES
    1. The User shall:
      1. be solely responsible for all third-party charges, costs or other fees payable in relation to the utilisation of the WTTX Products and Services;
      2. and indemnifies and holds harmless WTTX from any damage, harm or loss suffered in consequence of the utilisation of the WTTX Products and Services.
